ADULT Developmental center (ADC) Services

Compassionate Media Day Services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities

Our Adult Day Program is dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with developmental disabilities 18 and older by providing individualized health, therapeutic, and community-based services in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. We proudly serve individuals supported through Tri-Counties Regional Center, helping each person achieve greater independence, wellness, and quality of life through person-centered care.

Our interdisciplinary team works closely with participants, families, healthcare providers, and regional center service coordinators to develop individualized programs that promote health, personal growth, social connection, and meaningful community participation. Services are tailored to each participant’s unique strengths, goals, and medical needs, while encouraging dignity, choice, and self-advocacy.

Our program may include:

  • Skilled nursing and health monitoring
  • Medication management and wellness support
  • Therapeutic and recreational activities
  • Life skills and independent living development
  • Community integration and social engagement
  • Behavioral and emotional support
  • Nutritious meals and nutrition education
  • Family support and caregiver collaboration
  • Transportation coordination, when authorized

We believe every individual deserves opportunities to thrive, build meaningful relationships, and actively participate in their community. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality services that promote independence, enhance well-being, and empower each participant to reach their fullest potential while supporting families and caregivers every step of the way.
